Functional Fitness Led by soldiers who know what real BootCamp Training is like.
Tues&Wed 5:30 – 6:30pm
Boot Camp combines running, functional and interval training, and many other exercises using weights and/or body weight. Designed to help you lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength and get you into a routine of regular exercise.
It is based on the military style of training (without the shouting). Held indoors and outdoors, the activities include push-ups, squats, lunges, pull-ups, burpees, jogging, sprinting, plyometrics, and a variety of other exercises.
Boot Camp is a dynamic, fun, energetic group class – designed to motivate and bring out the best in you.
Suitable for all fitness levels, providing you are willing to train hard and sweat.
CrossTraining BootCamp 8weeks
Varied functional movement base, and an emphasis on optimizing physical competence in each recognized fitness domains: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy
