Boot Camp combines running, functional and interval training, and many other exercises using weights and/or body weight. Designed to help you lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength and get you into a routine of regular exercise.
It is based on the military style of training (without the shouting). Held indoors and outdoors, the activities include push-ups, squats, lunges, pull-ups, burpees, jogging, sprinting, plyometrics, and a variety of other exercises.

Boot Camp is a dynamic, fun, energetic group class – designed to motivate and bring out the best in you.
Suitable for all fitness levels, providing you are willing to train hard and sweat.

Partner or Small Group Training

To make it even more affordable, I can also offer the option of sharing training sessions with friends, co-workers, or a loved one. A workout partner can enable you to push yourself further than you would on your own.
