This training is not just for athletes, but it can be utilized at all skill and fitness levels. Also dry-land training for larger group sports team training like hockey and soccer at your convenience. This workout style is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military units, champion martial artists and other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
Athletic Conditioning
Get in shape for your sport with this Speed Agility and Quickness class. Combining plyometrics, agility training, footwork and reactivity drills, dynamic balance and core drills.
