The Fred Sasakamoose STC Fitness truck & trailer will be attending all seven First Nations this summer. Starting at the Muskeg Lake Cree Nation PowWow last weekend in June, all of July & Aug 2024, ending last week of August at the Whitecap Dakota First Nation PowWow.
Functional Fitness for all ages and abilities, come check it out and earn some cool stuff including T-shirts and ballcaps. Look for the trailer come say Hi; Challenge yourself and your friends; Be Active and have Fun.
